Read the funniest piece on moves management this morning. The diagram below was a take away on how to build a quality relationship with donors. However the article never once mentioned or suggested a metric that would measure the retention or growth of a single relationship. Stayed tuned for a new metrics model at CASE/NAIS in February. This new metric model will quantify the growth and qualtiy of the donor relationships that matter most. It is time to measure what matters most for nonprofits to be successful.
